Further Details:

The oil is heated up till the required levels, once the feel oil (acid conditioned, degummed / neutralized & washed) come in to the Bleacher, through the Bleaching Heater. The high temperature liquid is then transferred into a slurry mixer. Once the bleaching earth is balanced out via the valve dosing system, the earth oil is then kept in front of a liquid spray which is existing in the mixing chamber.  This aids in accelerating the mixing process, thus denying the earth to get into the Bleaching Vaccum System. Any form of residues or other such impurities, metals and color bodies is sucked in by the earth. With numerous agitate rooms, the bleacher operates only and only under vacuum conditions, so  as to make sure that there is absolutely zero degree of air trapped inside the machine.  With the help of a discharge pump, the dehydrated oil along with the earth substance is channelized into one of the filters, so as to make sure that the earth particle is removed completely. After this process, the filtrate receiver separates out the remaining components, while sending the same to Deodorizing through one of the cyclic Polish Filters.

Filter Management-The above mentioned bleaching mechanism operates with the help of dual filters. These can be cleaned and prepared individually for the next shift one by one, while the other one keeps the process up and running. Once the separating device reaches it’s limit, it automatically indicates the user via the high feed pressure, and is replaced with the other filtration mechanism.

How does the cleaning procedure work?

In the first stage, the filter is pressurized with steam so as to removed any speck of residual oil, which is collected in the Recovered Oil tank. The spent filter cake, after being dried up, is collected viz a vz the bleacher, a majority of which is then recycled. One the drying process is completed, the lower discharge valve mounted on the separator is opened and the leaves are pneumatically oscillated. This helps the spent cake to get dismounted and discharged with the help of a hopper. One this is done, the filter is blocked and is prepared for the next round. One issue which is often faced is that of clogging, and we have taken care of this in an efficient manner, Before reaching the line, we first provide it with a special coating of filter aid/bleaching earth, so as to seal the separator. In the Precoat/Heel Tank, the absorbing elements are blended with bleached oils, and are then utilized onto the leaves(via a circulation method) with the help of a Precoat Pump. When not in use, the empty cleansed filters are put in line while other separation systems are still working. The filtered matter is the re-utilized through the bleacher, till the time the separators are not pre-coated, so as to get nothing but clear oil . Once this full cycle takes place, thr filters are switched to new ones.
